Crab Salad

1 8oz container of sour cream
1 8oz cream cheese, softened
1 c. chopped green onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 pound imitation crab

Shred crab and all other ingredients. Mix well. Serve with crackers or in a bell pepper or tomato.
