8 ounces Cream cheese softened
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash Seasoning Blend (yellow lid)
2 medium scallions thinly sliced
1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
Mix together all ingredients.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Shape into ball or log with plastic wrap.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate until serving with crackers, beef stick and fresh fruit.
