Pumpkin Bread

1 C oil
4 eggs
1 16-oz can pumpkin
2 1/2 C sugar
3 1/2 C flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 TBS cinnamon
1 TBS nutmeg

Beat together oil, eggs, pumpkin and sugar. Add dry ingredients, mix well. Pour into 2-3 loaf pans (depending on size of pan) that have been greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
