2 large eggs
3/4 C sugar
2 C heavy cream
1 C milk
2 TBS vanilla
Whisk eggs in large bowl until light and fluffy.
Whisk in sugar a little at at time, making sure that it is dissolved.
Add cream, milk and vanilla, whisk to blend.
Transfer to ice cream maker, follow directions.
