Kat’s Beer Chili

1-1.5 lbs lean ground beef
1 medium onion diced
2-3 Jalapeños seeded and diced
4-5 cloves of garlic crushed
1 large can of Chili beans
1 15oz can diced tomatoes
2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
3 Tablespoons Chili powder
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 bottle of Corona or Modelo beer (the alcohol cooks off)

Brown ground beef, add onion peppers and garlic and cook until softened. Add spices and beer cook to reduce beer. Add beans, tomatoes, tomato sauce and brown sugar. Simmer for 30-45 minutes uncovered.
