I know the roast with chicken broth sounds strange but it is really good!
8 chicken bouillon
8 c. water
cut up potatoes, celery carrots, turnips, garlic
salt
onion, peeled
cut up English or rump roast
Combine all ingredients and cook on stove top. The longer it cooks—the more tender the beef.
