Rice with milk and cheese

1 lb white rice, cooked
Mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 cups half and half
1 cup sour cream
salt to taste

Grease a 13x9 pan with olive oil. In a separate bowl mix rice, half and half and sour cream. Layer rice mixture and cheese in the pan. Sprinkle more cheese on the top. Bake in a 350 degrees oven until warm and bubbly.
