Creamy Baked Chicken

Jennifer S.

This is "kinda" like Chicken Cordon Bleu.

6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
thin sliced ham, enough to cover each breast with 2-3 slices
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
plain bread crumbs
Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
garlic salt

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Line a baking pan with foil.
Lay chicken breasts in pan and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Cover chicken with ham slices.
Top each breast with a large dollop of soup and spread to cover the top of each piece.
Combine about 1/2 cup of EACH of the bread crumbs and cheese, add some salt, pepper, and garlic salt to the mixture. Sprinkle over each chicken breast.
Sprinkle the tops of each with some paprika for color.
Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until juices run clear.
