Toffee Apple Dip

8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
½ c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
½ c. sugar
6 oz. Toffee chips
apples, sliced to dip

Beat together cream cheese, sugars, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add toffee chips.
