Hannah's Pumpkin Brownies

1 2/3 C Sugar
1 C oil
4 eggs
1 16-oz can of pumpkin
2 C flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt

Frosting
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 C butter
2 C powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Blend sugar and oil together. Add rest of ingredients, mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Frost when cooled.
