Artichoke Dip

28 ounces artichoke hearts canned, drained
1 cup mayonnaise (Can use low-fat or no-fat)
4 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated not powdered in a can
1 clove garlic or 1 tsp from jar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In 1-quart casserole, combine all ingredients. Reserve some of the cheese for top of dip.
Sprinkle remaining cheese over casserole.
Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until heated through.
Serve with your favorite dippers.
