4 eggs
2 C sugar
1 C vegetable oil
16-oz can pumpkin
2 C flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1 C raisins - optional
Frosting
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1/3 C butter, softened
1 tsp vanilla
2 C powdered sugar
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a jellyroll pan.
Beat eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin. Stir in dry ingredients.
Bake 25 minutes, until light brown.
Frost bars when cooled.
